IEPW was founded by Ty Harps a,  Rancho Cucamonga native on August 6, 2016, The Inland Empire Phenomenal Women’s Group is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides an approachable starting place and network for like-minded women leaders who want to support causes. We uphold ourselves to the highest standard of womanhood, continued growth, preservation, and poise. We are phenomenal in that we endure our strength, continue to be an impact in our daily lives, by demonstrating excellence. We shall forever, conduct ourselves in a professional manner, impact our communities, and pave the way for our next generation of phenomenal women.
